During Women’s History Month, we reflect on and revere the achievements, contributions, and resilience of women that helped pave a path for us. We use this month to also celebrate the progress made (PANTS!) and look for ways to further foster equality and equity in the future.
It's important in times of cultural change that we leaders be clear about our values. In that spirit, this post aims to share Kipsu's position on what the word meritocracy means and what our team members, applicants, customers, users and shareholders can expect of us.
Cara Sego, our Product Director, has worn many hats at Kipsu! Cara started at Kipsu shortly after graduating from college, and was able to not only build her career path, but was able to help build our Product Development team and company over the years. We sat down with Cara to learn more about her career journey finding the best-fit hat for her.

The United States has designated today, January 21st, as a day to remember, honor, and reflect on the courageous and historic strides made by Dr. Martin Luther King Junior and the American Civil Rights movement. Although the changes in American law, workplaces, and society since Dr. King’s time have bent towards equality, there still exists great achievements to be made.
