First time visiting Chicago. This place was a great place to stay. Walked from the Orange train to the hotel. Very accessible. Lots of place eat or drink near by. We walked to almost of the places. The hotel front desk were profession, very accommodating. They have a text messaging service which was great if you need something or info, you are able to text... Received a text from front desk staying they were awaiting our arrival. Received early check in with no problem. The evening social was a pleasant surprise and saved money too. Complimentary bags of ice for our coolers, very helpful and friendly staff.-840kelleym, Focused-Service Resort in Virginia
...Clean breakfast area with fastidious staff to keep the food stocked and the area clean. Quiet stay. Good internet connection!! Friendly and professional desk staff. Keurig coffee maker in the room!! Can't go wrong here. I was super impressed that they texted me the morning of my stay before I got to the motel with a welcome message. They continued to text me during the stay to make sure all was going well. These guys have it all together!

I liked that I got a text welcoming me, and if I needed anything I just had to text them. Which I did when we needed extra pillows and was wondering where the sheets were for the sofa bed. Prior to arrival, Maggie, IHG hotel representative sent us a text to welcome us and ask for our preferences. Check in, breakfast and check out was a breeze. Warm welcome, clean,comfortable room with a well stocked breakfast area. Maggie even sent us a text to thank us for the stay. Convenient location with free airport shuttle service. I love the new system where they text you to let you know that your room is ready, They also text us through our stay to ask us if everything was OK and if we needed anything else.
