With this acquisition, Kipsu will integrate Lodgistics’ powerful software with its current market-leading guest messaging solution, enabling hoteliers to deliver an exceptional guest experience while optimizing operational efficiency.
As part of this exciting transition, Lodgistics will be rebranding to Kipsu Exceed FCX to reflect the evolving vision of Kipsu. Kipsu’s original guest messaging software will be renamed to Kipsu Engage FCX, furthering brand cohesion in the marketplace. The current Lodgistics platform will continue to offer the same robust features and functionality while incorporating new enhancements that will be introduced over the coming months, including the ability to create work orders from guests’ text messages, interface integrations, and more.
