With the surge of flexible and remote work options comes a surge of business travelers. Bleisure is a big trend in 2025, with guests looking for both a relaxing stay and a productive work environment. Accommodating these guests will be important for hotels to keep guest satisfaction high. Remote workers want a reliable space to do their work, and are more likely to stay at the same hotel again that provides that reliability. If you wow the business traveler during their stay, you have got yourself one of the most loyal guests that will keep coming back. So how do you make sure your hotel sets them up for success? Check out these ten tips to support your bleisure guests.

1. Make sure you have reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi

Reliable internet is the biggest factor for business travelers and remote workers when considering their hotel booking. As they work from your property, they are depending on you to have high-speed internet that will enable them to work seamlessly and maximize their productivity during their working time.

2. Create multiple workspaces

This should include a variety of work zones that will accommodate each guest. If they are working solo, have workspaces in the room available. If there is a group traveling, offer your conference room to host their meeting. Keeping a variety of workspaces will attract more business travelers.

3. Make those workspaces comfortable

It is not only important to have these workspaces, but these workspaces should be comfortable to help their productivity. If you have call rooms, make sure they are soundproof so they can focus on their conversation. Desk chairs should be ergonomic and comfortable to sit in for multiple hours. Think about the ways you would feel most comfortable in a work environment and apply it to your workspaces if possible.

4. Keep local recommendations on hand

Guests will likely be at the location for a brief period of time. They won’t have the time to think about where to eat or what activities they can do in the area. Make sure to have a list of your local restaurants, events, and activities on file that you can easily send to them at their convenience.

5. Flexible check-in and check-out times

Meetings for these guests will likely be at awkward times, or their flights might not leave at an ideal time for check-out. Offer flexible check-in and check-out times and they will feel less stressed about their work trip.

6. Have updated tech accessible

Most remote workers are looking for the latest technology while on the clock. Keep monitors and cords available to guests, call and video tech that can be used in conference rooms, or even offer some of this tech to rent for certain periods of time if the demand is high.

7. Communication should be effective and easy

Business travelers are expecting seamless communication. Finding multiple points of contact for guests, including hotel texting, will let them connect with your staff easily. If they are in a meeting and want to ask your front desk staff a question, they can discreetly send a text without having to hop out of their important meeting. And your staff will be able to send prompt responses to them without interruption, too!

8. Offer unique loyalty perks

Bleisure guests are some of the most loyal customers, so treat them as such! Offer discounts on extended stays, complimentary room upgrades with better workspaces, or extra points after a number of stays. This will entice them to keep coming back to your hotel.

9. Highlight your wellness amenities

Bleisure travelers are looking at both business and leisure, so let’s make sure they are getting the leisure on their trip! Highlight wellness amenities like spas, fitness centers, or pools where they can relax after a long day of work.

10. Leverage your own tech to elevate their experience

If you have your own tech tools like a property management system or guest messaging, use it to your advantage! These tools can help keep information on guest preferences, requests, and other valuable insight. When you optimize your tech for your guests, you create relationships with guests, help personalize their experience, and make them feel like they are at a home away from home.
