…But on the plus side, they offer great guest service – everything from answering questions to making dinner reservations to bringing housekeeping items (foam pillows!) or arranging late check-out – through text messaging. Convenient, prompt, courteous, personable service – a great idea, very well executed!

…They have a text message service which you can use to communicate with the concierge and I didn’t realize how useful this would be on our trip. I didn’t have to wait in the concierge line or wait for the concierge to call me or leave me a slip of paper under my door before knowing if my plans were confirmed. They are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I must have sent them over 50 texts during the stay. As I would lounge by the pool I would get ideas on what I wanted to do with my family and could have my plans confirmed in minutes. With 2 young kids plans tend to change frequently and they were so accommodating. Unlike other hotels where the concierge closes at 5pm, I would be sending texts to them even at 8pm. They were kind enough to work with the airport transportation company to waive a penalty since our plans changed last minute. I must have interacted with at least 5 people in that department and everyone was wonderful. So a big thank you to that group..!

…Oh but my favorite part was a feature i’ve not seen anywhere else … text messaging to the front desk / security! i was able to let security know when there was a loud party next door, communicate with front desk about late checkout and other questions, without having to look up phone numbers or deal with the internal phone system. The staff was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me in less than a minute.
Haven’t seen that anywhere else yet, and hope literally everyone else adopts it. I stay at a lot of hotels, but A+++ [to this hotel] you have impressed me.

Our room view was terrific of other tall buildings in the area. We received a text message from the concierge welcoming us to the hotel and were able to exchange messages whenever we had questions about downtown while exploring the area. It was a fantastic tool to use on the go.
