Kipsu recently announced its integration with Apple’s Business Chat Beta, which connects users directly with businesses through Apple’s Messages app. This integration makes it easier for users to discover and communicate with businesses via Apple solutions like Apple Maps, Safari, and Spotlight search, and allows the customer to bypass national or global call centers and instead, ask questions or make requests directly with the ground-level team at individual locations. This technology is at the forefront of how customers will be communicating with businesses in the future—and Kipsu is proud to be at the cutting edge.
