What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

I worked at Lifetime selling health club memberships, managed memberships and helped with any membership questions.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

I love to exercise and spend time outside, cat dad and enjoy the play games online if the time permits.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

I growth opportunities and team culture.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Everyone was very welcoming and more than happy to let me know I could come to them if I had any questions.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

The idea of solving issues on my own with the resources available sounds exciting.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

go beyond together. I love the idea of helping a company growth while I grow myself.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

I would have a chat with Marsha P. Johnson, A trans women was fought for rights of the LGBTQA+ in 1969. They were extremely brave and courageous, would love to pick their brain about what it took for them internally to stand up and start a movement.
