What were you up to before joining Kipsu? 

I worked as an engineer in mortgage servicing technology for 10+ years at Wells Fargo. Prior to that i worked in consulting as a developer.

What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work? 

I like to play golf and bike in the summer. I also like trying new and different restaurants especially enjoy finding a good hole in the wall.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies? 

The environment at Kipsu is very conducive to helping people grow and learn. While still valuing existing strong skillsets. Kipsu is willing to allow for individuals to share ideas and foster discussion.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out with anything. I have had no difficulty getting to know the team and meeting people to help me learn more about Kipsu.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

As Kipsu continues to grow we will need to ensure that we mitigate risk and while still keeping productivity high.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value and why?

We Play the Long Game, building a great company and product don't happen quickly. Being able to thing long term will ensure that what is built will be there to last.

If you could pick any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Not anyone specifically, but being able to talk to individuals at the top of their field. They have insight on how to be successful and many seem to have gotten to where they are via different methods.
