Kipsu is excited to welcome Jonny Briones to our Customer Success team! Prior to Kipsu, Johnny worked as an IT analytics in the logistics space. Outside of work, you'll find him playing with his boys at the local parks, enjoying movies, and music.
Teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect. Those are standard "buzz words" all over this industry and look great in a flyer for a company. However, after my third third interview I began to realize that Kipsu actually BELIEVES in these principals. And people work together as equals to accomplish goals and solve problems.
They all had one thing in common: They cared about the company and it's new hires. During my first week I meant so many wonderful Kipsuvians that went out of there way to make me feel welcome and also to offer any kind of help if I ever need it.
The newly minted "Overnight Shift". I hope to be known as "Jonny Overnight", and to show that with a dedicated night owl, everybody should be able to get more sleep and R & R they all richly deserve. So really just looking to turn the stress level down on my peers.
Serve Others. If you focus on the customer, your co-workers, your leadership, that has a ripple effect and builds what I think is the foundation of customer service and customer success.
Probably Nas. He's such a legend and great storyteller/poet. But I would like to play him on the "Hot Ones" YouTube show or something, you know, just to spice things up and see if he can hang with a Ghost Pepper wing or something :)
