Kipsu excitedly announces their two newest board members, Lisa Brezonik and Chip Pearson, who both bring a wide breadth of expertise to the company.
Minneapolis, MN (March 1, 2021) - Kipsu, one of the Twin Cities’ leading growth-stage technology companies, is excited to announce the addition of Lisa Brezonik and Chip Pearson to its board of directors. The company has a strong market leadership position in Real-Time Engagement and is planning for substantial growth as it exits the pandemic with its contactless technology.

Lisa Brezonik is the Chief Executive Officer of Salo, a leader in placing senior-level finance, accounting and human resource professionals in permanent, interim or project-based assignments. Prior to taking on the role of President, she served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Salo and her career has focused on building high performing teams.
“Kipsu’s focus on people while embarking on strong, long-term customer partnerships has proven successful through the COVID crisis, and I am excited to jump in as the Kipsu team drives to the next level of growth,” stated Lisa.
Chip Pearson was Co-CEO of one of the Twin Cities most successful technology companies in the last decade, Jamf, until 2017. Chip and his wife Amy have since launched Bootstrappers.mn to invest in and help grow other software organizations by leveraging their background and high growth company building expertise.
