Kipsu announced today a partnership with Wyndham Hotel and Resorts as the provider for the new messaging capability within the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts mobile application. The application will now allow users to instantly communicate with hotel teams in Wyndham’s 8,900+ hotels across 22 brands in 95 countries.
The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App allows guests to book directly from their smartphones, do mobile check-in, keep track of Wyndham Rewards points, and unlock their rooms with a digital key.
Adding in-app messaging through Kipsu to Wyndham’s mobile application adds value at all levels of the brand. By adding digital messaging capabilities, guests can communicate instantly with front desk teams at all stages in the customer journey: before booking, in-stay, and after. High-priority questions can be answered within minutes, service requests can be addressed before departure, and surveys can be sent after the guests’ stay for them to complete.
