Life Inside the Kipsu Rotation Program: Emily

Every spring, Kipsu welcomes a new class of Analysts to our Entrepreneurial Leadership Rotation Program (ELRP). Analysts spend 12 months rotating between Kipsu’s 3 core teams learning all aspects of our business. At the end of the program, Analysts are placed on a team permanently. Justin LeFurjah Joins Kipsu!

Kipsu recently welcomed Justin LeFurjah to our Engineering team. Prior to joining us, Justin lived in Norway for four years where he owned his own business doing Norwegian-English translation and brochureware sites. During that time, he also learned software engineering through classes at the University of Bergen. We’re excited to watch him apply his universal expertise in software engineering at Kipsu. Everyone at Kipsu is a Business Person

As I look back on my career, I am now surprised at how little financial information was shared about the performance of the companies that I worked at before starting Kipsu. I was rarely privy to the revenues of the business and I never knew what the P&L —the balance of the expenses related to the business — looked like.

Keisha Josephs Joins Kipsu!

Kipsu recently welcomed Keisha Josephs to our Customer Success team. Prior to joining us, Keisha, a New York native, lived in Tucson, AZ for nine years while attending graduate school for Linguistics. She specialized in working with endangered Native American languages, specifically the language of her own tribal community, Kalinago. In 2015, Keisha moved from Tucson to Minneapolis to attend Prime Digital Academy where she was certified in Full-Stack Javascript development. We’re excited to have Keisha a part of the Kipsu team and asked her to chat about her experience at Kipsu so far, this is what she had to say.
